This musically talented band will create custom programs to best suit your event. Here are some special programs we have performed:

 

1. Jazzy Christmas : this has become an annual event in Cleveland, at several venues including the long tradition of the "Brown Bag" Concert Series at Trinity Cathedral, Cleveland, in which the Jazzy Christmas has appeared for some 10 years. The concert appeals to young and old alike with the band’s unique arrangements of favorite holiday tunes, both secular and sacred. 

 

2. Good Friday Blues and Lamentations : Also called “Passion Blues and Lamentations”. This is an emotional telling of the Passion of Christ. The epic story is told through the band's special arrangements of spirituals, jazz, gospel, the writings of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and moving poetry.  The band has performed this at several venues in Cleveland for some 15 years. They have also performed this particular offering in Buffalo and New York City to great success.

 

3. Trains :Traveling music and old standards. This program was specifically designed for the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Steam Engine Events. This will delight any audience wanting to go back in time through musical standards.

4. The Fabulous Fifties!:  A retrospective of those rockin' and romantic songs that will get your poodle skirts swinging!

 

5. Mardi Gras! New Orleans Jazz and more! This program includes New Orleans Jazz, Old Standards, pop, rock and more. Our audiences love to get up and dance to this one!

 

6. Summer Fun : Rock, pop, standards, musical theater and more.. We have performed this for community block parties and festivals. Of note: "Cleveland Heights Block Party"  at Peace Lutheran Church, the annual "Strawberry Festival  at St Barnabas Episcopal Church in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and most recently at a fun festival at  Christ Presbyterian Church in Canton, Ohio.

 

7. Church Services: Our church services are designed with both traditional and non-traditional music styles. We are comfortable working out of the hymnals from varied denominations and will follow the Lectionary or any scripture as required. We have custom designed services with a more traditional feel and those that are modern using the music of many contemporary Christian groups. We have even designed super-modern services around he music of certain groups like U2 (The U2charist Mass), The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Coldplay, One Republic, and have paired with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Cleveland) to present music of inductees in he past during services!.

 

8. Weddings, Funerals, Concerts, etc: We will incorporate any style of music desired (Jazz standards, gospel, spirituals, pop, rock, country, musical theater, etc.). If classical music is desired, Jennifer Cochran, our Jazz vocalist, is also a lyric soprano and graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music. She can design a program with other area classical musicians and colleagues to provide what you desire.
