Craig Reimers was born in Cleveland and raised in Willoughby, Ohio. He started playing drums at age 11, joined the Musicians Union and played in a wedding band at age 12, cutting his teeth on the “black book of standards”. At age 15 he won the battle of the bands at Wickliffe Coulby Park with our junior high horn band (Urban Rock Society).

Craig played in school orchestras, stage bands and marching bands through junior high and high school. As an adult, he played with Bobbie Whitlock (Derek and the Dominos) in the Whitlock Brothers Band in Memphis Tennessee. He’s been the drummer in many local bands around Cleveland, including Up In The Air, Quick, Hamilton Brothers Band, White Lightening, Ida Red, Mary Martin and the 9th St. Tuna's, A.J. Robey and Thriller, and the Colin Dussault Blues Project to name just a few. Craig has played for the Party in the Park three times, the Coffee Break Concert live on WMMS and on FOX 8 in the morning.
